HER STORY
From the Bronx to Bedford Road.
Dr. Gomez was born and raised in the Bronx. She earned her dental degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency at NYU Winthrop, then went on to specialized pediatric training at St. Barnabas Hospital — where she stayed to teach other dentists how to work with children.
That teaching year shaped how she practices. Children don’t need a faster appointment; they need a narrated one. Every instrument gets a name, a demonstration, and a turn in your child’s hand before it goes anywhere near their mouth.
She joined Chappaqua Smiles because it is the kind of practice she wanted to grow into — family-run, doctor-owned, and unhurried. Chappaqua Little Smiles is the pediatric side she built there: same building, same team, a pace set entirely by kids.

Tell, show, do. Your child hears what’s about to happen, watches it demonstrated, and only then does it happen. Nothing is a surprise.

Questions go to your child at their eye level. You get the full clinical picture afterward, in plain language, with costs.
